All required fields in the form: business name, services, service area, hours, contact details and any photos or logo you want used. The 24-hour clock starts when everything is in.

We can use a clean text logo and suitable stock images. You can swap in your own later.

After you receive your first preview link, submit a Revision Request form. One form submission counts as one revision round. Two rounds are included in every package.

Each round is completed within 3 working days, and we email you a new preview link.

Included: text, images, colours, section order and fixing any information errors. Not included: changing template, adding new pages (from A$180 per page) or new features (quoted separately).

Extra rounds are A$99 each. Alternatively, the A$39/month care plan covers small edits every month.

50% deposit before work starts, and the 50% balance after you approve the first version, before your site goes live. Add-ons are included in your total and split the same way. The optional care plan (A$39/month) is billed monthly after launch. GST not applicable.

Tick "Approve & launch" on the Revision Request form and pay the 50% balance. Your site then goes live. If we don't hear from you within 14 days of a preview link, the site is treated as approved.

Yes. Your domain is registered in your business's name.

Extra pages (A$180 per page), copywriting from your notes (A$160 per page), an English + Traditional Chinese version (A$350 setup plus A$60 per page for translation) and online booking setup (A$390). Tick them on the order form. See Pricing for details. GST not applicable.

Yes, with the copywriting add-on. Send us your notes and we turn them into clear, professional copy (up to ~300 words per page). We only use facts you give us, and you approve the copy in your revision rounds.

Yes: English and Traditional Chinese, with a language switch on every page. We don't offer other languages.

Yes. With the online booking add-on we embed your own Calendly or Cal.com booking page into your site. You need your own account and booking link; we don't set up or manage the booking account.

Online stores and e-commerce, member logins or booking systems built from scratch, custom-coded features, ongoing SEO or paid advertising campaigns, logo design, photography and guaranteed search rankings. Online booking is available only by embedding your own Calendly or Cal.com account.
