How do revisions work?
After you receive your first preview link, submit a Revision Request form. One form submission counts as one revision round. Two rounds are included in every package.
How long does each revision round take?
Each round is completed within 3 working days, and we email you a new preview link.
What can I change in a revision?
Included: text, images, colours, section order and fixing any information errors. Not included: changing template, adding new pages (from A$180 per page) or new features (quoted separately).
What if I need more than 2 rounds?
Extra rounds are A$99 each. Alternatively, the A$39/month care plan covers small edits every month.
How do I approve and go live?
Tick "Approve & launch" on the Revision Request form and pay the balance. Your site then goes live. If we don't hear from you within 14 days of a preview link, the site is treated as approved.
